Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating, cancelation requests must be made at least 30 days before a scheduled class start date. This allows us time to find a replacement for your seat. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the course start date are eligible to receive a full tuition credit that can be applied toward any future Force Science training or a full refund, less a $50 processing recovery fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are not eligible for a refund. You will have the option to transfer your registration to another person who can attend the course or receive a full tuition credit for future use. No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows. All cancellation or transfer requests can be requested by email at training@paratusnow.com. REGISTRATION POLICY If you are booking participants as part of an agency please complete their full information, you can book up to 10 persons per registration. NOTE: If you are apart of a group/agency, please have your agency contact us at training@paratusnow.com to invoicing and payment process ASAP.
